How do you determine your rates?
We charge by the hour, with no hidden fees or extra charges. We start from the time we arrive at your old home, and we end when we finish unloading at your new home.
How can I cut down on moving time?
You can maximize your time with us by picking up loose items. Leave the furniture and large or bulky items for our moving staff. If you live in an apartment or condominium, try to reserve a parking spot or elevator for the day of the move, if applicable.
Are you responsible for installation and packaging?
Yes, we take care of installation and packaging for you. We can accommodate any level of involvement during the move, from full-service packing, moving, and installation, to just moving the heavy and bulky items for you.
I live on the third floor and there is no elevator. Do I need to pay extra?
No additional fees are required. We charge by the hour with no hidden or extra fees.
